Terms of Service

1. Service description

Natasha Michelle (“I”, “me”) provides evidential mediumship reading services (“Services”) via online video call. By booking a session, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking and payment

• All bookings are made through this website via Cal.com.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking via Stripe.
• Prices are in AUD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• A booking confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge, using the link in your confirmation email.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or the option to rebook.

4. Disclaimer of guarantee

Mediumship is a non-deterministic practice. I cannot guarantee contact with any specific person in spirit, the nature of any communication, or the outcome of any session. Readings are provided with skill and integrity, but results will vary. No refund will be issued on the basis that a reading did not resonate or that a specific connection was not made.

5. Client conduct

You agree to attend your session in a private, quiet location. You agree not to record the session without my prior consent. You agree to treat the session with respect and care for the space being held. I reserve the right to end a session early if a client is abusive, disruptive, or otherwise makes it impossible to work safely.

6. Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book and attend on your behalf.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability in connection with these Services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of these Services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
